Welcome back to Bloomington! Catch up with old friends and new at The Vault Pub inside the Indiana Memorial Union.
- Parking: Free validated parking is available in IMU lots #1 and #2. Bring your parking ticket in with you and see your server for validation. Parking validation is good for three hours.
Saturday, October 12
IUAAA Executive Committees Meeting at IU Auditorium

10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Join us downstairs in the Auditorium conference room to discuss committee news, reports, and strategic plans for the future.
Optional Daytime Activities
Make plans with your fellow Auditorium friends, or explore these options on your own. Either way, we hope you get the chance to relax and enjoy some of Bloomington’s staples that we all remember so fondly:
- Visit the Bloomington Community Farmer’s Market (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; 401 N Morton Street)
- Check out the Eskenazi Museum of Art (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) on the IU campus
- Have breakfast on the patio at the Runcible Spoon (412 E 6th Street)
- Enjoy a cup of coffee at Soma and satiate your sweet tooth at Parlor Donuts (322 E Kirkwood Ave.)
- Explore Bloomington’s own B-Line Trail, a 3.1-mile paved trail from Adams Street to Country Club Drive with many places to stop for a cup of coffee or meal and to enjoy some local art along the way
- Do some wine tasting at Oliver Winery (11 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
- Watch the Indiana Hoosiers take on Rutgers at your favorite local establishment (game time is 12 p.m.)

Alumni Reunion Reception and Dinner
IU Auditorium North Patio
7:30 – 10 p.m.
Join us outside under the stars to reminisce with dinner, drinks, and memories! If you have any dietary restrictions, please email Sarah Benson at spickel@iu.edu.
- Parking: Please park in any available spots in the parking lot on the south side of the Auditorium. You may also park along the curb of Showalter Fountain. Additional parking can also be found in the East Garage on Eagleson Avenue. There are no parking fees on weekends.
Registration Fees (per person):
- Entire Weekend: $75
- Friday Reception only: $25
- Saturday evening Reception only: $50
